Apollon Airlines
In my third year of college I was assigned a case study to design a new luxury brand airline for the airline company, Delta Airlines. I was tasked with creating a brand guideline, mobile mockups, and an airplane wrap to bring my vision into reality.
I began the case study with identifying who the audience was. I created two personas for what kind of person would be interested in boarding a flight on a luxury airline. From their I gauged how their desires could reflect in the brand design.

Both personas has a desire for rest, relaxation, and a little bit of fun. I decided to explore a greek themed luxury airline that was inspired by the casinos in Las Vegas. Due to the Delta symbol being associated with the myth figure Apollo, I named the new luxury airline Apollon Airlines.
From there I worked with the app, Figma, to create widgets and the different app screens. Working within Sigma allowed flexibility with design as well as ease when designing for a mobile platform.

The final design has a harp like icon that is a callback to the mythical figure the brand is based on. In the mobile screens Greek icons are used to present an identity of mystery and intrigue. The airplane wrap has a white lining that fades into a soft gold to give the customer the sense that this is truly a luxury airline.
